Day 4
Woke up on day 4 with no headache and feeling great! After waking fir 3 days with a headache to finally wake and feel fresh was great!
Started the day with my exercises and then off to work!
The meals were good! Porridge with water for breakfast and chicken salad for lunch! Dinner was steak and I'm loving it!
Day 5
Waking up feeling great! Less bloated and more energy. Summer here I come!
The food was good stuck to my ED list and kept going for the whole day!!
Couldn't do my exercises today but I did do some manual labour which included digging and moving bricks so I'm hoping this counted!
Not looking forward to the weekend as I'm used to my routine I'm hoping this doesn't change!!
