Day 4
Woke up on day 4 with no headache and feeling great! After waking fir 3 days with a headache to finally wake and feel fresh was great!
Started the day with my exercises and then off to work!
The meals were good! Porridge with water for breakfast and chicken salad for lunch! Dinner was steak and I'm loving it!
Day 5
Waking up feeling great! Less bloated and more energy. Summer here I come!
The food was good stuck to my ED list and kept going for the whole day!!
Couldn't do my exercises today but I did do some manual labour which included digging and moving bricks so I'm hoping this counted!
Not looking forward to the weekend as I'm used to my routine I'm hoping this doesn't change!!
I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED Summer Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing!

Day 3
Day three started well! i woke up feeling a lot better with hardly any headache! I did my mobility stretches and made my way to work!
Surprisingly i had alot more energy! I’m starting to feel a lot better but still have this bloated feeling! im hoping this will go and the weight will come off!
Once again keeping with the food was ok, Porridge with water in the morning, chicken salad for lunch and steak for dinner with salad with fruit during the day as snacks.
I have also started taking a supplement called GRN by Agel it helps to detox your body and is all natural, has all the greens in there you need plus super foods such as spirulina. Hope this will help with the bloating!

Things can now only move up I guess with the weight loss and general health improving!

Day 2
Morning all
So Day 2 of the ED Summer Challenge! Today was bad!!!
I woke up with a headache and had it all day!! I drank lots of fluids but still couldnt shake it!!! I didnt want to take any type of pain killers so just went with it!
I could tell all the toxins were leaving me as i had all the sympton, headache, achey bones and muscle, felt like a case of the flu, but its for the greater good!
I have been drinking lots of water and sticking to my food but its hard having fruit and salad everday!
Will have to spice it up, any ideas???
I think Day 3 will be beter!!

Day 1
So the detox begins! After weighing myself this morning I weighed 211 pounds!!! I can’t believe I let myself get to this weight!!!! Things are going to change!
I am doing the level 2 elimination diet and decided to drop everything straight away! The hardest was the coffee! I used to have at least 2 cups a day and with a Costa Coffee shop in our office it is going to be torture, but I know once its out of my system I will be ok.
As predicted the headaches started and I felt like crap all day! (Don’t think the heat helped) but the good thing was it made me sweat a lot so hopefully got rid of a lot of toxins!!!
In the evening I trained jiu jitsu which in the heat helped me sweat a lot more! I’m hoping that the headaches will go soon and I will be well on my way!!!
Just got to drink lots of water and stick to foods not on the banned list and hopefully I will see results!!!!

I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED Summer Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing!

1. Your bodyweight in pounds - 211 pounds
2. Circumference of your chest/bust at the widest point - 44 inches
3. Circumference of your waist at the belly button level - 42 inches
4. Circumference of your upper arm at the largest point - 13 inches
5. Circumference of your hips at 'deepest' protrusion of your buttocks - 44
6. Circumference of your thighs at 4 inches and 8 inches above the kneecap - 20.5 inches & 24 inches
