The Summer Challenge

I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED Summer Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing!

My startine measurements are:

1. Your bodyweight in pounds - 211 pounds
2. Circumference of your chest/bust at the widest point - 44 inches
3. Circumference of your waist at the belly button level - 42 inches
4. Circumference of your upper arm at the largest point - 13 inches
5. Circumference of your hips at 'deepest' protrusion of your buttocks - 44
6. Circumference of your thighs at 4 inches and 8 inches above the kneecap - 20.5 inches & 24 inches
